Have you seen the movie Birdbox?
You should.
That movie portrays about the "crazies" quite well.
You see, in that movie,
There's an invisible monster.
It lurks on people when they are outside.
And If this monster catches them with their eyes open,
they are exposed to a pain so great,
the people end up killing themselves.
Except the "crazy" ones.
In fact,
the "crazies" think that the monster is beautiful.
Maybe, they are so use to the pain
and scary thoughts,
visiting them everyday,
that they have grown immune to it.
Maybe they've mastered the art of dealing with the monster,
And the act of putting on a show.
And maybe,
they are just a really good performer.
