Come out

Come Out
I see you there pressed against the edge of your own becoming
A dreamer with wings you’ve never trusted enough to open
Your potential glows beneath the surface, bright as dawn
But you sit indoors, staring at windows like they are destinations instead of doors
You tell me you’re waiting for the right time, for the fear to leave
For certainty to shake your hand and say
Now you may begin
But destinies don’t wait
They call. They ache
They pace behind your heart, begging to be made real
I want to scream that your life is meant for more than survival and routine
More than repeating days that feel like reruns of dreams you abandoned
You are not meant to watch the world
You are meant to shape it.
The cage your doubt built
Is only as strong as the lies you continue to believe
Look again, those bars were always painted
That window was always open
That fear was always a phantom
Your purpose is pounding at the door
And your heart already holds the key
So, come out before your potential grows weary
Of waiting on someone who refuses to believe
They are deserving of flight
So, come out
And see the world that has been rooting for you all along
So, come out, my friend
And take your place
In the story you were born to lead.
Sincerely,
Suree
