MINI GOALS

I wish that I could give you a more exciting update. But the only good thing that has happened so far is that I bought a ticket to EDC. However, my plan to lose weight has not been set in motion yet. All that I still want to do is sleep or watch Netflix. I lack any kind of motivation. However, that does not mean that I am going to give up. I decided that I need to take strong actions if I really want to reach my weight goal by May 18th, the date of the festival. So there fore, I am going to to write exactly what I plan on doing on here. And If I don't do it. This blog will be here to either vouch or punish me for breaking my own words.

In in the following week:

1. I must eat 3 healthy meals a day, under 300 calories.

2. Wake up at 9 am every morning and hit the gym before breakfast.

3. I am going to hit the gym 4 times a week for an hour.

4. I am going to drink a gallon of water a day.

These are the four goals that I must attain in order to accomplish my journey to a healthy life style.

I can do this. I must. This is not over yet. EDC I am coming for you.
