About me

R0061053.JPG

When I was a little girl, all I wanted to do was to be a fashion designer. When I was 19, I moved to L. A to follow that dream.

I got a taste of what it's like... until I had a psychosis in 2017 while working my dream job as a creative director of a clothing company called Monoreno.

I was later diagnosed with Bipolar.

And I had to return home.

That's when my healing journey through art and movement began.

I believe that we should follow our dreams because we owe it to ourselves to honor our soul's purpose.

Now, my new dream is to continue to grow the non-profit that I founded in my hometown called Creative Healing Space. We promote healing through various creative modalities. As well as to continue to grow my clothing brand Art Invasionz.  A movement through fashion about empowering artists to rise and follow their dreams.

I try to make time to write, dance, paint, sculpt, play my guitar, and sing.

I try to make time for activities that brings me joy.

I am a creative being. I need to honor that part of me and allow my passions and ideas to flow.

I tend to make dark art because it allows me to express my pain in a safe way. And I believe that creating art, in any way, shape, and form, can be so powerfully healing.

"Art transforms pain into beauty."

This blog is a collective of my arts and writings, where I get to share a little piece of my soul.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to stop by.

Sincerely,

Suree
